1. Who operates the service

LLM Council is an internal AI assistant operated by Flexifai for its own employees and contractors. The service is not offered to the public, is not used for commercial purposes and does not sell anything to its users.

2. Who can use the service

Registration and sign-in are limited to corporate accounts on @flexifai.io and @flexify.finance. Requests from any other email domain are rejected.

3. What data we process

• Account data: full name, username, corporate email address and a hashed password.
• Content you submit: chat messages, attachments and the assistant's responses.
• Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, timestamps and error logs needed to operate and secure the service.

We do not request or store payment card details, bank credentials or any other financial data, and we do not use the service for advertising or profiling.

4. Why we process it

To authenticate employees, to generate assistant responses, to keep the service secure and available, and to investigate incidents and abuse.

5. Third-party AI providers

To produce answers, the content of your requests is transmitted to external large language model providers used by the service. Do not submit personal data of third parties, credentials or information you are not allowed to share outside Flexifai.

6. Retention and deletion

Account data and conversation history are kept while the account is active. You can delete individual conversations in the interface, and you can request deletion of your account and its data by writing to support@flexifai.io .
